In the elderly phase, various diseases will usually appear, including dental and mouth problems. Let's find out what dental diseases are and As we get older, the function of organs in the elderly will decrease so that maintaining healthy teeth and mouth will become more difficult.

The existence of systemic diseases and the use of certain drugs can also make the elderly susceptible to oral diseases. Of course, this condition will affect their well-being and quality of life.


The function of organs in the elderly will decrease. This decline in function is also experienced by the organs and tissues in the teeth and mouth. This condition will get worse if you are deficient in nutrition.


Dental and oral health problems are a common health problem experienced by the elderly. Dental and oral health conditions commonly experienced by the elderly include:
